Last weekend I was on the hunt to create a fun, DIY costume for a holiday party and decided to stop by Old Navy after hitting up Party City for some inspiration. Obviously, these stores are strategically placed for a reason.
I had not been to an Old Navy in years since it’s typically not my preferred place to shop, but as I was walking around, 3 fashionable pieces caught my eye that were already dirt cheap… then naturally on sale. Nothing in life is free, especially style, however this was as close as can be. The rest was history.
As many of my friends know, I am not a sneaker person and even more, not a slip-on type girl. But, anything leather – black or metallic, just grabs me and I can’t let go. Plus, they are comfortable.
The Quilted Faux-Leather Slip-Ons are only around $27 – but Old Navy continuously has sales. Currently, they are offering 25% off your online order. Keep an eye out. I purchased them for under $20.
The Metallic Slip-Ons are ONLY $10. They come in bronze or silver; I went with bronze.
Please note – similar sneakers are going for over $100+. Like these VINCE Flat Slip-Ons or these Via Spiga Slip-Ons.
Moral of the story – don’t judge because it’s not a brand name. Style and beauty comes at all price points.
