I never knew how much I loved cauliflower until I started simply roasting it. It’s a very fulfilling vegetable that is composed of multiple nutrients, mainly Vitamin C. It has been researched that cauliflower helps strengthen the immune system and protects against the development of cancer per an article I read in Live Strong.
Cauliflower is a great addition to any protein for a meal, preferably dinner. We love to pair our Roasted Lemon & Garlic Cauliflower with steak or even some salmon!
